I first joined around May 9th but recently became active because some stuff has passed and I have more time now. What drew you into joining our CIS RP? Well, the answer is in the questions in this instance. CIS RP was a really interesting thing to see, really no one does CIS rp and if they do its CIS VS Republic in a Mil RP, PVP type thing. Also my friend musical was on here which made me stay because he's a bro Do you have a record on the server? (Bans, Kicks, Warns, etc.) None of the above. If yes, please explain. How often are you able to play during an entire week? Everyday for at least a couple hours. Do you know the complexities of the ULX system? (You will be tested) Yea i'm familiar. Why do you want to be Staff? [color=#2ecc71]I want to be staff, because this server has alot of potential. And I see it lacks staff members. I wanna do anything I can to help it grow because the community is pretty friendly and fun to play with. I also love helping people, alot of people who play garry's mod aren't very familiar with serious, military style RP. And when they join the server, I want to be able to assist them in anyway I can. Whitelisting, making sure their experience is kept clean and they don't encounter minges and people who wanna ruin the fun. Last but not least, a server needs a good staff team. And I know I can help it in alot of ways. I can make docs, organize it, train people even. Obviously I will do this at a higher staff rank, but rank won't stop me from doing anything I can to help where I'm needed. [/color] Why should we trust you with the responsibilities of being Staff? [color=#2ecc71]I should be trusted, because I was trusted to take up the role of BX Commander, and though I haven't been it for that long, I think I've proved I can handle power and organization, and also a trustworthy person with power. Which is a big part about being staff. It's hard to trust someone with staff especially if you don't know them. They have alot of commands that can be very helpful, and also hurtful depending on how they use it. In my time as staff I've never abused my power. Never thought about it, and never will. Breaking someone's trust is really messed up. And I hate when trusted people are the ones who turn around and do something you never imagined they would. [/color] Why do you think you deserve Staff? [color=#2ecc71]I deserve staff, because of my very broad experience as staff. Not only on Garry's Mod but other games to. I will list the main positions I've had. I've had many more but these are the ones that I'm most proud of, because I put in alot of hard work and activity to achieve these ranks. Which the owners didn't regret as I brought a great point of view in from a player's perspective and not just an owner's. This meaning the owner couldn't really interact in game due to him working on the server, so I acted as the bridge. I relayed what the players wanted and what was needed. This shows that I'm always trying to actively grow a server when I can. Last but not least, my personality. I have alot of great personalities for staffing and also how I view it. I don't view staffing as a rank of "power" I don't flex it, and I don't think I'm better than anyone who isn't staff. I'm very cool-tempered and will never start an argument with a player. I'm direct with people so their punishment will be delivered as quickly, and professionally as it can be. lastly, I have a great passion for Garry's Mod and the players within, and this is shown through my 2000+ hours in the game and how many servers and communities I've been apart of.
